 Malin 0-11 Carndonagh 2-03
Played in gale force winds in Malin Head, Malin took advantage of the wind at their backs to take an eight point lead at halftime, 0-09 to 0-01 though Carn had played well they had failed to register the scores their play deserved. Second half, Carn too often looked for the goal when a point opportunity was their and this was their downfall. Tried hard but unlucky in terrible conditions for football. Best for Carn were Liam Shiels, Dermot Simpson and Darragh McLaughlin.
