Carndonagh 2-10 Buncrana 5-06

This was a tight competitive game but Buncrana scored a couple of goals at the end to pull away. The scoreline did not fairly reflect the game and the Carn boys were unlucky. Buncrana had a much bigger, more physical team and this told as our boys tired near the end. This is a very young Carn team, the majority of these players were Under 10's but they performed admirably well especially in the absence of regular fullback, Karl Diver. Best for Carn were Mark McLaughlin, Robin O'Doherty, Martin McKinney, Ronan O'Connor and Eanna Newton.
