Carndonagh 1-07 Dunkineely 2-10
Carn were unlucky but the big pitch in McCumhaill Park suited the strong running of the Naomh Ultan team. Though Carn could claim to have the best player on the pitch, Cathal Doherty had a magnificent game and on this evidence should be a Senior team regular with his brother Gerard. It was also encouraging to see a few old faces back but the question must be asked, Where were they all season?
